1. How was your brand born? Tell us about your background and how you started your job.
The Paolo Petrilli farm was born in Lucera, Puglia, in the early 90s, on an estate dating back to the year one thousand. Paolo Petrilli and his family embrace the values and ethics of sustainable agriculture and have been producing tomatoes, wheat and wine of the highest quality since the early years, destined for the Italian and international fine dining chain.
3. Which is your creation to which you are particularly attached or which represents you the most?
Peeled tomatoes, the simplest and most traditional product.
4. How do you imagine your work / brand in 5 years?
We are implementing digital communication channels, including commerce, to be able to reach our customers easily in all conditions - our will is to share words, values and passion with those who seek us or those who want to know us in a fluid and immediate way. We also want to preserve our supply chain, our workers and our modus operandi and at the same time continue to grow. This is the real challenge.
